Delete your Tailor account
You can remove your Tailor account and personal data at any time. Follow the steps below or contact us if you cannot access the app.

Delete directly in the app
- Open Tailor and sign in.
- Go to your profile, then choose Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the notice and confirm to finalize.
Deleting your account removes your profile, custom Suits, preferences, and session data. If you come back later, you will need to create a new account.
If you cannot access the app
You can request deletion by emailing us from the address linked to your Tailor account. We verify ownership before processing any request.
Request deletion via email- Include the email or phone number used to create your account.
- You can optionally share why you are deleting the account.
- We typically confirm requests within a few business days.
What happens next
- Account credentials, profile details, and personalized Suits are removed.
- Minimal security or fraud-prevention logs may be retained if required for safety, compliance, or legal obligations.
- Backups are cleared on our regular rotation and are not used to restore deleted accounts.
